45 is a well put together but purposefully unmixed 15 track ep. It’s a project that is smooth with a rough around the edges sound just like how I prefer everything that comes in life . With minor imperfections heard throughout the ep but still worthy of coming back to as it was perfectly fine; something similar to my life.
I have my downs with plenty of fuck ups but this life is still perfect to me. I want the listeners to know exactly how that feels.

The “45” title stems from my constant battle of being scooted away from things I enjoy or just simply my high horse and having to find my way back to the top every time especially when I was at the very top before the drop off. 95% of the time it happens but there is still that 5%.
#45 comes from the jersey # MJ had when he returned from his short retirement. 
That # inspired me because I always find a way back to the things I love or enjoy even when coming back didn’t seem like an option.
But shit we make it work. 
I’m also inspired by the way he came right back to the top like nothing happened. 
That’s not an easy thing to do; leaving and coming back is the easiest thing to do; but can you return and dominate? Can you perform at the same standards or even a higher level?
That’s my life.

I did a good job of popping my shit and also letting the listeners know my “insecurities” and imperfections. I put quotes over insecurities because honestly I have none; but it’s still a lot of shit that bothers me but still I live.

What started of as a 5-6 song ep turned to album length project because I had some shit to get off my chess. It needed to be heard. 
Music is my only therapy I rather spill my heart to to people who might go through the things I go through and can actually relate and chooses to listen than spilling my heart to someone who is paid to listen and probably haven’t felt a lick of the things I’ve felt.That’s pointless that’s soulless. 
Music has soul.
