For many years, music already accompanies me. I grew up with rap and rock / indie. Later I learned to play the piano which is still with me today. Music is an inspiring and regulating medium for me, which daily guides me, inspires and picks me up. 

Many of you know the special and inspiring feeling you get when you discover a new track that completely captures your attention, thrills you and won't let you go. Most of the time you don't really know why, but something resonates with you and creates a fascinating interaction between you and the music. 
As I discovered electronic music at some point, I felt this attraction and affection more and more often. 

I started to buy the tracks that inspired and touched me deeply and with time more and more songs came up on the computer. Inspired by these and also by my brother, who started producing electronic music at that time, I bought my own equipment and started recording my own sets. The initial euphoria and motivation was not rewarded as quickly as I had imagined or even desired. I realized that it was a challenging process to make a "good" set, a set I am satisfied with, because I have high demands on my own sets. Not necessarily in technical terms and not using the sync button, but rather wanting a coherent flow and track choice for a set. 

After a few frustrating afternoons I realized that on one hand I need more practice and on the other hand things don't work in such a short time as I thought they would. I subsequently succeeded more and more in putting myself behind it with composure and calmness, and to this day I sometimes take several weeks before recording the final set. When selecting my tracks, I put the emphasis on the coherent sequence, on the mixing of different elements such as instrumental parts or sometimes excerpts from classical music or other musical styles. So it happens that different tracks merge with each other over a period of several minutes and in the corresponding section of a set there also comes a long break where something brews together and builds up again. I'm not afraid to use an orchestral ensemble. I think that in a set something like that works. Unlike playing live or in a club, I don't demand fast, imposing and technically interesting switches, but rather a merging, a journey and an overall picture that fits together, sometimes irritates and challenges. If you do not produce yourself, this is often a nice challenge...

Victor Rouzies (Noakû) is a French DJ based in Paris. Since an early age, he has been immersed in music by his father, a sax player, giving him his first Jazz influences and imprint. He discovered deep-house in 2013 and his stay in London in 2014 made him discover bpm as well as techno, but still in its most melodic inclination. He falls in love with electronic music, sailing between deep house, tech-house and techno. Through his many trips to Africa, Afro-House music is added to Noakû’s wide range.
The constant seek of the most beautiful sounds made him build an eclectic repertory coherent to his inspirations, fondness and affection. The journey begins mainly in 2017 as he decides to become DJ and to share his best expeditions.

His Deep, Afro and Techno-Melodic influences give his sets a powerful and quivering dimension. He likes to build his demonstrations in order to get the emotions of his audience and his  perpetual search for new sensations makes him a dj apart.
