     The Knights have been hard at work in the windowless lair known as "The Soundlab" creating a hefty batch of songs, fine tuning them, jamming them out and fine tuning them some more. After much fuss and plenty of rocking out, they are finally puting the pedal to the metal. Their no frills, skate punk influenced sound guarantees to get the bodies moving and the feet tapping. 
     This band has only one rule: giv'er as hard as you can because you don't get a second chance to make up for the ones you've already blown. With a high energy live show and sing along vocal hooks, get ready to "Finish Last" and love every second of it!

$40 Fine are an Aberdeen based Pub/ Club band playing covers from the last 5 decades and some surprising rocked up versions of current pop hits

“No need for introductions we've known each other for years. You're not staring at a dead man six shots is what got me here”. The opening lines from the song "Hello"(the band’s debut single) couldn't be more spot on. After touring most of the world with The Afghan Whigs Singer Steve Myers returned home only to get shot and left for dead on a rainy New Orleans street (http://www.summerskiss.com/440/gunned-down-steve-myers/). Myers moved to New York to recover and try to put his past behind him only joining the Dulli lead Twilight Singers occasionally for shows on the East Coast or recording down South. Not until hooking up with fellow New Orleanian Jagon Eldridge in late 2003 did he think about starting a band of his own. The original line up for Mighty Fine consist of Jagon Eldrige and Richie Pomerantz( Andy G & The Roller Kings), Mitro Valsamis( Trickbaby’s) and Paul Verciglio. 
For the last 10 years Mighty Fine has rocked all over New York state, sharing the stage with bands TV On The Radio, Andre Williams, The Dirtbombs, The Slackers, Titus Andronicus, The Gories, Mary Weiss and The Afghan Whigs. 
After releasing the album “ Get Up To Get Down” on Drugfront Records in late 2011 that included the singles Ready to Roar featuring Greg Dulli, Black Train & Something For Your Ass featuring Mick Collins the band went thru several lineup changes including a UK tour lineup that included Collins on guitar.
After taking some time to regroup Mighty Fine is back to what it does best, playing punk/soul all over NY state now with new member’s Bradley Dean (The Visitors) on guitar and Mickey Finn (Boss Hog) on Keys.

Rob Jackson is a multimedia artist (poet, painter, musician, and scholar).  Rob holds a MA Sp. Major EDU/ PSY/ Journalism degree from SFSU and is a credentialed Legal Aide.   He recently exited Walden University after nearly earning a Doctorate in Public Policy and Administration with an Emphasis in Homeland Security.  His contributions span many disciplines related to optimal development and his collective based projects have united people from all walks of life.  His teams range of products include fine art, commercial art, educational books and investigative press on social justice and environmental issues, psychology, and workforce development- all with an emphasis on self-empowerment and the maximization of potential.  Programs directed by Robert have reached over one million people with sponsors like Sony Electronics, CharityFocus.org, Eastwood Guitars, Coming Up Magazine, Submission, Guinness, Oasis CD Manufacturing and more.  CEO of Ripstar (live events & recording productions) and Noise (music label), a music affiliate of Equilibrium Institute of America (EIA). Robert has produced over 60 live music events in the last 15 years in northern California which featured over 100 artists to date. Ripstar’s production arm has produced nearly 40 songs as of 2021 with 25+ artists and with support from 5 studios participating across three countries.  
     Overall, Rob’s work is about documenting problems and offering solutions.  He claims statistics continue to show massive declines in habitat, wildlife, declines in education and other quality of life issues like equality, while disease, war, and other social threats are on the rise which can and must be met with solutions.  His work has been used by politicians and by public speakers he consults globally.  Rob recently commented, “it is great to see increases in fans acknowledging and supporting our work”.
