Isa 7:14b-15 "…she will call his name Immanuel. He will eat curds and honey until he knows how to refuse evil and choose good."

"Curds" here may be translated as "Butter"(KJV). Butter and honey signify the richest grace and the sweetest love. In the universe there are three wills: the divine will, the satanic will, and the human will. God needs Man to exercise his will to be aligned with God's will. Due to Man's fall, the satanic nature, and the satanic will came into man, rendering him incapable of choosing the divine will. However, there was one man, Jesus, who lived a perfect human life and continually chose the Father's perfect will in every situation. 

The Lord had to make many difficult choices as a man when He was on the earth. In Luke 22, in the garden of Gethsemane, He prayed three times that "this cup", referring to His death on the cross, would be removed from Him as His holy, sinless nature was fearful of bearing sin. But immediately after this, He prayed "Yet, not My will, but yours be done." 
Gethsemane means oil press. Even though He was pressed in this situation, He still chose the Father's will.

The reason the Lord Jesus was able to do so was because He enjoyed the richest grace, and the sweetest love daily. This became a great power to Him to reject the evil and choose the good.
