Different emotions can be brought up/be released
Crying, screaming, laughing
Tetany (hand/feet cramp)
Lightheadedness/dizziness/headrush/fainting
Orgasm or orgasmic energy release

Contraindications (If any are present you can simply skip over the breath holds): 
Severe/critical diseases or infections
COPD-II and COPD-III
Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness
Pregnancy
Cancer (Exception: your doctor gives you specific permission)
