Johnson Vincentの楽曲としては少し変わり種の曲で珍しく日本語の詩のバラードになります。
「After GoodBye」は、1枚の写真から着想を得て作詞・作曲された楽曲です。  思い出の詰まった景色を見ると思い出してしまうけれど、それぞれ新しい道へ歩き出していく――そんなストーリーを歌詞で描いています。  

シティポップとエレクトロが融合した都会的で懐かしいサウンド。柔らかな電気ピアノのアルペジオやシンセパッドが切なさを支え、息の混じった歌声が前に進む気持ちと調和しています。ゆったりとしたリズムで夜の街や黄昏の景色をイメージしています。。アウトロの余韻は“旅立ち”や“再出発”を象徴しています。

A somewhat different track from Johnson Vincent, this rare ballad features Japanese lyrics.  
"After GoodBye" was inspired by a single photograph, shaping both its lyrics and composition. Looking at a scene filled with memories brings them back to mind, yet the song tells a story of each person stepping forward onto a new path.  

Blending city pop and electronic elements, the track creates a nostalgic yet urban sound. Gentle electric piano arpeggios and lush synth pads carry a bittersweet mood, while airy, breathy vocals convey the feeling of moving forward. The relaxed rhythm evokes city nights and twilight scenery, and the lingering outro symbolizes “departure” and “new beginnings.”

It's maybe messed up a little by the MixCraft 10.6 global effect i chose at the very last minute with like 20 minutes to go: but just approach it like "We're in the late 70's at a Jarre concert in France and we're way at the farthest worst seating in the venue and theres crappy echo on everything. LFG!"  Approached in that way and now after a few hearings I am starting to be more forgiving of it.
