this is an older version of Sugarcube Hailstorm from the "Sucrose Snowstorm" level in Sugary Spire. The track in game was pitched down just like this, and i really enjoyed it, so I decided to post it here. Hopefully, Kitty isn't upset with this. I was a SMIDGE dissapointed there was no "Fake Noise" for floor 4, but hey, we got a corpse on floor 3 that's always fun.
Taking account of how well my PTNE Remix did, I thought it fitting to create the noise his OWN faker theme. 
Say hello to Fake Noise, and Psychologinoize! He looked up "Noise types" on google to name it himself I'm so proud.
