Neftalí es parte de la tercera generación den su familia en el evangelio de pequeño siempre inspirado en la música y activo en el ministerio de alabanzas de su congregación, a la edad de 18 años hace su se da a conocer en un duo llamado Mission 3:16 junto a Sidney Bell con la música urbana y hace fuerte su carrera grabando en producciones variadas como La Vara, Boanerges este último surgiendo también como productor.
En el 2005 viaja a las naciones dando a conocer su primer álbum llamado Abran Paso con temas urbanos y por primera vez con un tema tipo fusión del reggaetón con típico junto al salmista Eric Cedeño de Panamá impulsando aún más su carrera 
En el 2007 nos presenta su álbum Para los Cristianos manteniéndose en el top de los medios cristianos con el Medley de coros Haitiano lo que lo catapultó a recorrer la geografía nacional llevando un mensaje diferente a través de la música y grabando Algunos single para llevar el ritmo y mantenerse en el ambiente creando así un álbum que recopila varios de sus Singles y que titula 16 años en los que celebra su carrera ministerial. En el 2020 completa el álbum Vengo del Guetto de música variada incluyendo música electrónica, reggaetón, trap, y ritmos tropicales que lo hacen diverso y con un flow particular que lo hacen imparable montándose en cualquier ritmo y con mensajes Cristo céntricos
