hey there lads! here's how my official remix for danknut came together:

i've always been a fan of danknut's music and his vocals just really struck out to me. he and i actually go a long way back, he actually went to the same taekwondo school as me when we were younger and we met a lot of the time there lol. anyway, i always wanted to work with him on a track but i just didn't know when was a good time to ask him.

fast forward to early december. he dm'd me on instagram asking if i wanted to make a remix of his track because he heard about me through my good friend jason (who's actually starting up his own rap alias soon on soundcloud). without hesitation, i said yes. he texted me the acapella and from there, i built the track around it. have to say, it was difficult building around the vocals because you couldn't exactly incorporate many ideas through it (also i had to rewrite the chords by ear). but it was a good learning experience for me though and it helped me grow as a producer. 

and so, the rest is history.

i really tried doing something different here so i really do hope that you enjoy this type of style, this chill/future bass like remix.
