Note: this is voiced by David Near and no one was able to find or even upload it at all and you can use this as maybe a prank on others. Also, all other uploaded voice tracks are also David Near too. P.S.: I might get the Nightmare Balloon Boy Voice in with the Jack-O-Bonnie, Jack-O-Chica, Pumpkin, and other new tracks uploaded as soon as I am upgraded on my account here to Pro.
