SMUTA presents a new release - Interference EP by PTTRNRCRRNT, an artist long established on the international scene.
Interference consists of four original tracks that showcase his distinctive approach to contemporary techno: meticulous sound design, unexpected sonic modifications, a focus on rhythmic density and precise structure, as well as bold decisions in arrangement and the development of instrumental layers.

Interference continues the SMUTA line, where functional yet experimental techno prevails - music aimed at pushing the genre forward while still retaining its dancefloor DNA.

Otto is a Crete-born, Utrecht-based DJ and techno producer whose lifelong obsession with music has carried him from ‘90s Greek hip-hop and rock to the hypnotic, raw pulse of techno that now defines his sound. After years of exploring everything from drum & bass to early tech house and minimal techno, he deepened his craft through a DJ course at S.A.E Institute Amsterdam, setting his musical journey on its current path. Though still fresh in the scene, he has played at some illegal rave parties in the city and is driven by a love of sharing energy, atmosphere and emotion with the crowd. Now enrolled in two techno-focused production projects, Otto is shaping his first releases, aiming to bring his evolving sound to clubs in Utrecht and beyond, ultimately to share his unique vision.
