bambinodj’s ‘lost riddim’ finds itself navigating a fog-cloaked, otherworldly expanse. It’s a tune designed to freeze time in the late hours, fusing chain-reacted rhythmic mechanics with slow-drifting synth eddies and spectral dancehall vocals plucked from the ether. It’s blue-light music, raw sapphire refracted and refined through clubspace mist.

‘lost riddim’ opens our forthcoming ‘Performance Enhancers’ compilation. It sits alongside music by DJ RISH, Jetty, and PELLE ROCK.

The final crystallized droplet from DJ Deep Heat’s luminescent Age Of Aquarius EP, Hindsight is the journey track to end all journeys. A wildly emotive and uplifting trance ballad that ends our aquatic saga and simultaneously looks to the horizon with unbridled optimism. Our liquid memories of this new age become one as we are submerged in pure feelings of overwhelming nostalgia and bliss. Hindsight at once feels intimate and self reflective, whilst injecting pure dance energy with its driving beat, soaked in effervescent melodies and trance inducing vocals.

Hindsight is paired with an achingly beautiful and dreamlike remix from South-London’s saviour of downtempo Stone. We find ourselves washed onto placid shores as Stone takes Deep Heat’s original into new ethereal tides with this timeless re-imagining. The vocals echo in the distance, memories become mist, time evaporates into vapours that drift above the shallows.

Barcelona-based record label Adepta unveil ‘Sleek Vibra’, a dystopian missive from Rome-based producer Alessandro Gramaccioni, operating under the cryptonym AFM...Our pick, ‘Kamui Effect’, opens with a scrambled polyphony of laser-guided distress signals and shortwave interference, as if intercepted from a rogue satellite in psychic orbit. What follows is a hyperventilated stutter of metallic percussions and spasmodic low-end sequences, sound architecture for dancefloors warped by fever dreams. A harp flickers in and out like a ghost in the circuitry, while distant male voices echo through steel ducts.
