$Pectra is a South African independent content creator and designer from Diepkloof , Johannesburg, self-signed by his conglomerate THE HOOLIGAN EMPIRE and has ever since released his COLD SUMMER demo tape under the label on all digital platforms including SoundCloud with highest peaking tracks being CHANGES, FLEX & iiTapura on SoundCloud  with which has two supporting videos for SOUL (INTERLUDE) & CHANGES out on YouTube which he directed and edited alongside MAESTA STUDIOS, alongside with each COUTURE piece  for fashion illustrations. The artist is said to release more projects not only in music but in his other interests as well .
