I have had enough of turning on the radio and hearing the 46th spouting his crazy. My mind spirals, my anxiety peaks and I find it hard to do anything but feel mad and hopeless. 

So, in the interest of my ability to stay clear, motivated and inspired to fight for justice over the next four years of the Trump regime, I have compiled this playlist. I'm thrilled to share it with you. 

In these tracks you can listen to the voices of true leaders: women and men, young and passed, black, brown, queer, muslim, and others who have changed this country and are changing our world for the better. You may nod your head in agreement or totally disagree with some things you hear. It doesn't matter because this playlist is filled with beautiful food for thought, meant to open our minds and hearts and above all: move the human spirit. 

Listen to your favorite tracks with your kids as an alternative to news talk radio. Instead of sheltering them from the toxicity of the current moment, spark conversations with your little ones about the ideas and movements that really matter to their future and way forward in the world.
