Walking meditation can be a formal practice, like watching the breath. Or it can be informal, bringing awareness to this everyday activity, whenever you need to travel from point A to point B. Walking meditation gives us an opportunity to gather our awareness which so often becomes distracted or even stuck when the mind is left to its own devices. Whether moving between floors of a building, on a city street, or in the woods, it is an opportunity to guide ourselves out of the distracted autopilot we live in throughout so much of our day.

Breathing Practice For Teens (and Everyone) [10 Min]

This is a guided mindfulness practice for children (although appropriate for anyone), using sound as an anchor for greater attention and awareness. This practice can be used at home or school and will help to clear and calm your mind. Learn to approach your day with more joy and presence.

Classroom Calm - Surround Sound [5 Min]

This is a highly empowering self-compassion practice for teens. Use this as a reminder that, in tough times when we feel alone or perhaps different to everyone else, we can use meditation to learn to treat ourselves less harshly and accept that however, we are feeling is warranted and valid.

Self Compassion [10 Min]
