On behalf of my son Jeffrey Husted and myself we present a song called:
93 Million Miles. Jeff is the featured vocalist. He is my all-time favorite rock/pop star; Thank You Jeff! I Love You.

The lyrics were written well over a year ago but several lines in separate verses are resonating with me with greater charge today given the state of our world.

The phrase “Close your eyes and see” is reflected in my original lyrics as the final line but not sung in the final mix of the song. You will have to imagine them.

Until now, my music was almost completely ununderstood except for the SoundCloud community (I am very grateful to you). Why is that? I haven't even been able to face that question. However, this time, with the beginning of 2025, I will also change! I decided. I have to break out of my shell. I have to incorporate trends. This song started all the way back in October, when Chris came up with lyrics and a vocal melody to go over his acoustic guitar composition. He also added the drum beat that carries it along, and contrasts Josh's bass part, which he added next. JJ came along shortly after and added his twinkling piano and ambiance thickening organ. 
  We had all these parts down, but for some reason this sat on the shelf for a few months. Finally we decided to dust it off. Chris mixed it for us expertly, as always, and we decided to put a ribbon on it. 
 This is an example of Chris's brilliant songwriting, shared with a couple of other musicians who are mutual admirers of his work. This is also a trio within the Eclectic Collective family, as we sometimes do side projects with different iterations of the group. We all hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Let The Night (Eclectic Collective)

I wrote this song while thinking of my great friend Jim Maack, who was also my brother-in-law.  He was suffering from an especially aggressive form of cancer at the time and he was heavy on my mind.  All I could think of was the spirit of this man.  I recently spoke at his service which was attended by hundreds of people he touched - standing room only.  I can't begin to explain how amazing this person was.  This song captures his spirit in a small way.  He was the kindest, most positive person I've ever known.

Welcome to Gaz Brownie music projects.
Gaz Brownie music projects is a collection of collaborative work from more recent projects to the bands I have played in over the years.
Been singing since the age of 15 in bands and various music projects.
I play guitar on my solo stuff but really only as a vehicle to write songs and finds cords for vocal melodies, and also a little keyboards. 
To date I have recorded and wrote/ co wrote over 200 songs in a professional studio environment, working with established producers . Played endless live gigs with numerous bands and projects.
I have had music published, appeared on TV/radio, Music videos, released albums, Eps and singles, on several different labels. 
Style preference is a indie pop/rock vibe focusing on interesting lyrics, vocal melodies and catchy chorus lines.
