Bio:

Music should be boundless, infinite, immeasurable, and curious. It should bend time, subvert expectations, induce emotions, and serve an elastic but unifying purpose to each individual listener. Proppa strives to apply this philosophy to his productions and performances alike. Hailing from Chicago, he never overlooked the rigorous trials presented with arising in the true birthplace of House Music. Beginning from the ripe age of 16, he beat the odds by pulling countless all-nighters in the studio. After serving a prompt but eventful career in the Chicago club and festival circuit, Proppa decided to apply his skills towards a sound that showcases the more dark and edgy nature of his abilities; listing artists such as Sub Focus, Habstrakt, and Oliver among his countless influences.  Following the vast community support on his remixes of 21 Savage’s “No Heart” and JOYRYDE’s “Madden”, as well as the hype on his debut single titled “Madness”, Proppa is fixing to put a dent in the Bass Music scene with a variety of House, Midtempo, and DnB releases to come. He’s on a mission to add depth and variety to Bass Music—and to bring DnB back to American soil.
