Soniqs is a DJ-project started in 2012 by Patrick de Booij. He has however been in the scene for quite a while now, under different aliases that is. He has already played alongside artists like The Prophet, A-Lusion and Tatanka in countries like South-Africa, Thailand, Turkey, Australia and of course The Netherlands. 

Patrick lived in Sydney, Australia where he worked for Q-dance to help making Defqon.1 Australia to what it is today. There he also played at Australia’s #1 Harder Styles club called MASIF, and he closed the Purple Stage of Defqon.1 Australia 2012. His style is commonly known for his fast-pace mixing, uplifting scratches and euphoric melodies with a strong and raw edge to it. Take notice of this artist as it won’t be long for his first release to come out!


Stell dir vor, du kommst in eine TROMPETENDISKO, das Motto "DIFFERENCE MAKES THE DIFFERENCE" liegt an der Zündschnur und es detonieren gut abgehangene Erwartungshaltungen gelangweilter Gewohnheitstänzer, es flattern die Scheuklappen und knirscht das Brett vorm Köpfchen der Disko-Polizei! 

Radikal mundgemachtes Blechgebläse vereint sich mit synthetisch produzierten Bassballaden zu einem stampfend turbo-elektrischen Tanztrieb. 

Techno, House und Talking Drums luftdruckvoll liebkost und neu gedeutet.
