The ancient metropolis of Istanbul probably derives its name from the Greek 'Stin Polis' ('in the city')(according to Sean Lusk's excellent book 'The Second Sight of Zachary Cloudesly)having previously been Constantinople the capital of the Byzantine Empire.
This incredible city spans the continents of Europe and Asia and reflects aspects of both in its culture and people.

Here's a Solo Improvisation i created on the 'Roland LX708 Hybrid Piano', and  recorded on a USB Thumb Drive whilst shopping for my next level keyboard.  😊

I love the sound of it's 'Rhodes Suitcase Piano' setting, which i know from owning and playing the original during the mid 70's and 80's.

I have always wanted to make a rap metal track with Heartscore so I was super excited when he reached out with this banging hip-hop metal fusion production. The lyrics are inspired behind the Hawaiian legend of Nanaue the Shark Man. I have some Hawaiian blood in me, so I figured I would rock it, lol! I am super blessed to still be working on music with my friend Heartscore. 

Massive thanks to Bitzone for coming through in the clutch with the dope vocal mix and final master. And huge thanks to Wou-Wou for the incredible song art making us look real stylish and professional!

This felt like the best way to leave things at the end of the 2nd Act. Peggy has broken free. She says "the Perscripion is, Get the fuck out" and that was part of the inspiration. But what really got this song going was someone throwing away an amp and it being garbage day in Miss Bestie's town and Hurtful Junez found a working amp on garbage day. Such a cool way to get inspired to write music!!! 

Letting go of toxic waste in your life is very freeing. Sometimes people are the toxic waste that need to be removed in order to start heading in the right direction.
