HI all, Welcome all to my channel/profile. 
This is David Ponce a low-profile Mexican DJ located in Chihuahua City. 

RPM12 is my artist's name, is an acronym that comes from the name of my beautiful daughter Regina Ponce M. 

 I started mixing tracks from about 23 years ago with Trance, Tech-house, House, Electro, Psycho, GOA, Full-On, Minimal, Dark Minimal, Progressive, Progressive House influence and I really love all the tracks that include amazing Vocals.  

I am being more a parties DJ guy with some presentations on private parties (raves) & electronic bars. 

From the 2008 thru the 2011 I was performing presentations more frequently to make a pause as a DJ to be a Family Father, Engineer Workaholic man until 10 months ago that I can get a space to create some sets of 1 hour and share with you. 

So, I decided to create sets of 1 hour per session to be called RPM12 SESSIONS. On the first 2 SESSIONS I selected only old school tracks that were amazing tracks at the 2000's amazing tracks to continue with sets that get progressive, progressive house, tech, melodic progressive influence with 1 or 2 commercial tracks and 1 or more songs from Latin DJs

I always try to listen to all genres of music. Of course, I don’t love them all, but above all I love music that makes me feel good, smooth soundscapes takes me on a journey and transports me into immersive state, even depressive.

I believe that 127 BPM is the magic number — I love it!!!

I grew up listening to Pink Floyd and Radiohead (Thom Yorke, I LOVE him!!!). I’ve loved Massive Attack and Portishead ever since I discovered them; electronic music came into my life through Massive Attack. From then on, I’ve preferred Minimal Techno over melodic styles, and I really like Dub.

Naturally, I also enjoy House, more the old-school House, and I don’t mind a certain kind of Afro House either.

Not long ago I’ve discovered HYPNOTIC TECHNO, and I’ve been there… 

In the sets I play, my dark and depressive side always comes through. I don’t really like making abrupt transitions; I prefer long, hypnotic loops. I know that for the dancefloor can be a bit “boring”, but it is what it is…

I don’t do much preparation when building a set. I like to navigate by sight — in other words, I choose the tracks according to how I’m feeling the set at the moment. I create transition loops on the fly, same with cue points. Sometimes it doesn’t turn out the way I wanted, but I don’t have much patience for preview preparations and all that…

Composer since 2008, I used to write music in about a hundred projects so far, classically trained professional musician, composition is for me a great source of joy, it is fascinating to be included in projects which require a beautiful collective energy, I hope that my music deposited here will allow me to share with you the enthusiasm that I put in creating them.
