Cooley03 , from Louisiana’s a small city named Harvey, its in New Orleans . 
Cooley03  began making music on the desk at school. Listening to my classmates rap. Cooley03 was well known for being a football/ sports player,Gang Leader, trouble maker, class clown, mentoring pears, and known for my way of thinking. Cooley03 was always a BIG headache to his family. But not the type of headache that later came after Cooley03 got my first taste of the streets. The love from streets , Didn't loved Cooley03, he losted his brother and 3 years later his career took off , being loyal to the streets Put Cooley03 In jail, he been in and out of since since 14 years old , he lost All his closet Friends and my  brother(stacks and aaron) to one of his of his good friends . Cooley03 got shot by one of his best friends , and his brother lost his life on the Scene, His mama later was evicted and even was homeless. This forced a changed from Cooley03 and started making more Quilty music , videos , interviews,and being more productive of his work. Cooley03 has accomplished so much. He threw independent shows, met with some of the biggest producers in the untied States , through events for kids , helped people get jobs, paid his neighborhood bills , moved away and made a whole team out of nothing. Made his own label and started helping artist grow . Thank You
