Mr Kevin Thomas has not had a single visitor for more than ten years. He stays in his room at an old peoples home, cutting a lonely and bad tempered figure.  When a Nurse comes to see him, the residents and staff at the Home are amazed. This is a surprise, but of course Mr Thomas does not want to receive any visitors. Just what is his secret? And what news does the Nurse bring with her?
