Judgement Recordings is a brand new label from internationally renowned DJ Judge Jules- specialising in House and Progres¬sive.

With the first set of releases seeing massive vocal collaborations from legendary Above & Beyond vocalist Richard Bedford, and Defected’s Jem Cooke, you can be sure to expect a huge year for this label.  

The initial release is to be a collaboration between Judge Jules & Richard Bedford, the track sets a nice progressive groove featuring lush moving orchestral moments to accompany Richard's stunning vocals and lyrical work.   

Jules previously ran Manifesto Records and Serious Records for Universal Music, where he sniffed out some of the biggest ever dance hits. He went on to collaborate with fellow producer Paul Masterson under the guise Hi-Gate. The project resulted in three Top 20 hits in the UK charts and a well-received album. 

Since then he has released over 100 remixes and three artist albums.  So it’s safe to say, we can all expect to hear big things from Judgement Recordings.

The Blood Crow Stories is an anthology horror audio drama podcast, telling a new tale of terror every season.

Our first season highlights the story of the S.S. Utopia, a cruise ship in the early 1900's. Modern-day college student, Max, begins to do his thesis on the audio diaries of the passengers on the ship. What he doesn't expect are the horrors waiting for him among the tapes, and the true reason why the ship sank so mysteriously almost 100 years ago...

Our second season, Blackchapel, takes place in the Old West as Sheriff Eli Thomas pulls together a team to investigate a series of murders committed by the followers of someone who refers to themself as "the Savior". With the body count rising almost every second, the "Blackchapel Seven" move to track down the killers and bring them to justice, even as the Seven are forced to confront the sins of their pasts...

Our third season, The Neon Lodge, takes place in the cyberpunk future of Gate City, a town full of socioeconomic inequality, underground data delivery, and more than a few biblical demons. They've crawled up from the Hellmouth long ago and have fully integrated into society, controlling all of our world. Kesha Charles, a 911 operator, and her girlfriend Tiffany are thrown into the middle of a demonic conflict that has existed for centuries, and now Kesha must find a way to help keep her city safe...

Our fourth season, Eidolon, takes place in 1950s Hollywood, where war veteran and film producer Richard Davis works long hours at his studio hoping to fulfill his dream of making a film of his own. When an unexpected tragedy gives him the chance to join the Eidolon Studios corporate elite and put his film into production, Richard, his wife Samantha, and the staff of the studio soon discover that there are horrifying prices to be paid for success in the movie business...

Alexandra (Ali) Garrison (BMA, University of Michigan) is an American-born, Toronto-raised mezzo-soprano, voice teacher, a Gemini Nominee, an ACTRA member and a proud founding alumnus and soloist with the renowned Nathaniel Dett Chorale.  Ms. Garrison is a frequent concert soloist and clinician in Canada and the U.S., and especially enjoys working in tandem with a great diversity of artists, improvisers and composers to foster new works and promote music for a more harmonious and inclusive world and has had numerous works composed specifically for her voice. For her fiftieth year, Ali produced her first solo EP, entitled, Ali Garrison Sings Michel Legrand: The Summer Knows. Current projects include co-creating a theatre work called In Search of Giants about her ancestors who ran a safe house on the Underground Railroad with playwright, director Dr. Von Washington; travelling to Guatemala in 2016 Spring to sing the music of Guatemalan women composers past, present and future; and producing a short film to accompany a wonderful song that she co-improvised with Nan Bennett last year, called The Eastern Gate.

Chris Taylor is a Cape Town based DJ, who has engraved his name in the South African dance music scene over the last few years. Chris was brought up in the city of Harare in Zimbabwe, where he started DJ'ing at house parties and birthdays at just 15 years of age, Chris soon outgrew the small party scene in Harare and decided to move on to pursue his passion for dance music in the Western Cape of South Africa.

Over the years Chris sculpted his own style. Known for playing uplifting progressive house and electro but without any limitations Chris has also been known jump between genres and play across the board. "I don't care about genre's, if I like how it sounds I will play it!"

In March 2012 Chris was announced as the winner of the Avicii SA Tour DJ competition, a huge milestone in his career, he has since performed alongside some of the top DJ's/Producers in the world including the World's No.1 DJ for 2013 & 2014 Hardwell, Avicii, Armin Van Buuren, Martin Garrix, DVBBS, Axwell, Sebastien Ingrosso, Above & Beyond, Cosmic Gate, Oliver Heldens, Dannic, R3HAB, Alex Kenji, Yolanda Be Cool and more. Not only has Chris aligned himself with these huge international power houses, he has also played alongside some of South Africa's finest exports such as Goldfish, Goodluck, Locnville, Haezer, DJ Fresh, Pascal & Pearce, Roger Goode, Dean Fuel, Niskerone and many more.

In February 2015 Chris was selected as one of very few local artists to play on the main stage at Ultra South Africa in Cape Town alongside some of the biggest names in dance music.

Chris has held down residencies at some of Cape Town's hottest clubs and bars, including Knoxville, Affinity, The Side Show, St.Yves and one of the top beach clubs in the World Shimmy Beach Club. Chris has also featured at some of the biggest festivals in Africa, including: Ultra South Africa (Main Stage), Fun In The Sun, Nova Music Festival, Neon Run, Victoria Falls Carnival, One World New Years Festival 2012/2013 and 2013/2014, Neverland Festival, Electric Vines and many more.

Chris is the resident DJ for Neon Run South Africa and between 2014 and 2015 has played across the country to over 50000 people .

Recently Chris has started to tour outside of South Africa to play headlining gigs in Hong Kong, Mozambique, Mauritius as well as his hometown Harare in Zimbabwe.

So what is next for this young, ambitious artist you may ask? With an album in the pipeline and several collaborations with local artists and international friends and an end goal of playing at Tomorrowland in the next few years, it is safe to say that there is a lot to come from Chris! Self-taught musician, Dj and Producer, Raf Parola (born in Naples in 1991), can definitely be qualified as a polyhedric and inspired artist. Listening to his sets, which are involving and full of positive vibes, it is impossible not to notice the strong sense of empathy he feels with the audience.His passion for music was born in the streets under the influence of funky culture. His personal discovery of musical technology led him towards a strongly influenced, techno and house rhythm, which he achieves by using sequencers, synthesizers and drum machines.

He hosts undoubtedly the most sought after dance show on the national radio Station 5fm : Tuesdays 6-7pm and The Kyle Cassim Show Every Friday from 7-10pm

In 2014 Kyle played at the first ever ULTRA MUSIC FESTIVAL in SA; he just wrapped up his 5th consecutive ULTRA now in 2018. We all know once you go global, you go big!
Between the years 2014 to 2018, Kyle performed in Ibiza, London and The Netherlands. Opening for DJ’s the likes of Franky Rizardo, Skitzofrenix and Jeff Doubleu. Succession development at its best!
 
And then...... in 2016 Kyle’s dreams became a reality when 5fm (his favourite national radio station) offered him his very own Dance Music Show every Friday night.
A year and a half later, The Kyle Cassim show has become the weekend party starter, the viral vibe that people tune into!  His slogan “dirty, filthy, stanky house music...... you know you like it” is a brand in itself and echo’s from the lips of listeners the whole weekend long. Kyle now has three shoes on 5fm, The Ultimix (Tuesdays 6 to 7pm), The Kyle Cassim Show (Fridays 7 to 10pm) and his latest project, Cassim’s Kitchen. Here we have a private view into Kyle’s kitchen, where he dazzles our taste buds with his culinary skills and tickles our ears as we listen to the beats from his guest DJ. (yes ladies, he can cook!)
 
Kyle is inspirational; in 2015, he spoke at the Suits and Sneakers conference on following your passions and the actualisation of a dream! ( even if there are few monetary rewards )

Billy Kenny, Shapeless, Josh Butler, Robin Shultz, Cosmic Gate, Noir, Juilet Sikora, EDX, Sons of Maria, Mat.joe, Boogie Vice, Bass Kleph, Stimming, Hannah wants.... to name a few! Kyle frequently plays at Rage Festival, Wonderland, H20, Truth, Nicci Beach, Origin, as well as like minded festivals in Mozambique, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia.
 
 
 
Who is Kyle cassim
 
Kyle exudes a trademark energy whilst performing. He gives his all to the process and acknowledges that “anyone can press play and mix behind decks” BUT not everyone delivers in the way that Kyle does and that is where the difference lies. He is enthusiastic about life, every element of it. He is eccentric and rambunctious and this shines through his music! His music elevates people! It makes them happy! It makes them feel something!
 
Kyle pays tribute, always, to his family! “My family is the reason I am where I am today, their support, their guidance, the values they instilled in me!” Kyle also has two remarkable, talented siblings (it must run in the family) who he is very close with. His younger brother Austin shares this same passion for music and so they established “CINIMIN” which showcases sets of their own production! (We did mention Unique!)
 
Kyle has been known to say; “As long as I have a roof over my head, good friends, family, food and the ability to perform, then that is all the happiness I need!”
 
It is safe to say, that these 6 years has seen, at large, the takeover of the SA Dance Scene by Kyle Cassim!
