Jon has won several U.K. Songwriting Contest Awards from 2018 to 2020 and has received multiple Indie Rampage Awards for several consecutive years. He was named Engineer of the Year (2021-2024) and Producer of the Year (2021-2024), and his work has earned the Pop Album of the Year award from 2021 to 2024. He is also a two-time Grammy-nominated songwriter.

Writer of prose and poetry since mid-1960s. Given an acoustic guitar in 1978 by long-suffering sister. Many songs produced that way. More recently, guitar skills all but faded, using GarageBand and Logic Pro to put words to music.

Here you will find little acoustic pop songs; melancholy, dreamy-folk things. Sometimes some jangly, fuzzy rock tunes or ambient pieces as well. Work-in-progress demos to finished tracks, informal playlists to official album releases. Enjoy.

Came back to music in 2010 and started writing and performing again. I have been in several groups and have just started a new project and will be performing live in the next few months. I team up with Derek Evans for our 'CONFLUX' project. We are currently writing some music for a movie which is due to start filming in 2018 and have had a few of our tracks played on BBC Unsigned. I also write as a solo artist under the name of 'Christy'. I have been very lucky and worked with some fabulous artists for collaborations from all over the world the most recent Nicklas Löfstrand who is a fabulous pianist!

My music has cinematic angles, classical influences, often strong melodies and ambient soundscapes. Piano is my main instrument, which I've been playing for decades now. Lately I'm more into composing music for listening and experimenting with sound, harmonies, rhythm, emotion and space. Follow me on spotify for that. My commercial music is used in video, broadcasting, TV/Radio, for media campaigns, film, advertising, documentaries, websites and probably for lots more I'm not aware of... This music is produced under various names. Most of the music is available with a royalty free license and you can purchase it in High Quality Audio format on several marketplaces and my own website(see the links). T.O.M. (The Organized Misuse) was founded by the prolific songwriter Tom Kron as a One-Man-Band. His music has been influenced by a variety of music styles and musicians, to whom he plays tribute to in many of his strikingly powerful songs. In 2007, the versatile guitarist Jan Pohl joined the band adding his enthusiasm, musical talent and influences. In 2011, Peter Biely, professional violinist of the Orchestra Ciudad de Granada, added his fire and talent on violin and mandolin, along with the naturally talented Javi López on bass, and the multitalented Dr. Jan Hendrikxs on drums. These three new additions have brought T.O.M. to a new level of musical interpretation, excitement and professionalism. Above all, the versatile, energetic band T.O.M. is a light-hearted group of incredibly talented friends who put on a great, energetic and powerful show.
