This is the amusingly playful and intentionally jarring theme that the player would hear in the elevators as they moved from one floor to the next. It was extracted and "touched up" by a man with the internet alias "Chicago", probably uploaded some time in 1998 (original site seems to be down). The tempo is about 3% faster than in the game and he added a stereo separation in the bass among a few other minor tweaks, but largely the MIDI data is unchanged.

The track is being rendered through the Arachno Soundfont (http://www.arachnosoft.com/main/soundfont.php) a soundfont meant to compliment old MS-DOS video games. The MIDI controller I used is a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS.
