A complete improvisation over a 64-step sequence. All sounds were programmed by me and uniquely on Arturia's Matrixbrute, along with the addition of a Strymon Big Sky pedal.

Gouts de luxe etait composé de Marianna kliska et de Jacques le Honsec.

Issu de la scene bretonne, Jacques et le groupe , alors formé avec d’autres membres, quitte sa Bretagne natale pour s’installer à Paris, seule solution à l’epoque pour pouvoir esperer sortir du No man’s land musical que constituait la region.

Cela sera fatal au groupe qui sera desormais un duo apres un an de recherche de label.

C’est un jeune producteur , Dominique Dubois qui mettra le groupe à l’etrier apres que celui ci eut illustré les defilés haute couture Chanel de Karl Lagerfeld qui fut, en fait, le premier é les remarquer.

De la scene Noisy goth du bout du monde, le groupe evolue en studio pour passer des comptines cybernetiques à une suite de singles teintés de Bahaus,, de Depeche Mode et d’influences noires diverses . Le succes rencontré par leur premier single fut un réel accident , propulsant le groupe dans les spheres du sacro saint Top 50.

Gouts de luxe ne s’en relevera pas.
