I had to let some rage out! This event was the perfect opportunity for it. I'm so happy to be part of the Kontakt Festival Crew and to host this event at such an amazing place, where parties like these are normally not possible. I enjoyed every second of it! <3

Psy Dub Live at Home

This is an introduction to the embodiment ritual practice of our performance ritual theatre troupe. Intended to assist in building a daily or weekly practice to bridge our awareness to the  present moment.

1. Create/Open the space
2. Listen to the meditation:embodiment (2of2)
3. play wordless music (suggestion: start with an ambient song that leads into a song with beat)
4. close down your energy centers, close the space, remove any objects you placed in that space
