Yes, this is one of my extremely rare non-ReelWorld posts, but I thought some of you guys would enjoy this montage.

Back in the early 2000s (long before I had heard of ReelWorld), I began my intense interest in jingles with those of the Oldies format (including Tony Griffin, JAM, and TM jingle packages), and I would catch as many jingles as I could off the airwaves and streams of different stations.  A number of these stations carried syndicated shows by Dick Bartley, and I collected jingles from those shows as well.

I vaguely remember hearing a promo for the show "Rock & Roll's Greatest Hits" back in 2003 on Oldies 97.5 (WJIM-FM) with a jingle in it.  I was fascinated by this jingle so much that I stayed up late one Saturday night to catch as many as I can from the show.  I remember carrying a portable radio with me up to northern Michigan to hear the show on another station, and I found out about American Gold in early 2004 on an Orlando vacation (the affiliate was WSHE "Cool 100").  I also received a number of CDs of various American Gold shows.

I eventually went online to radio station streams in early 2013 and late 2017 to hear these jingles again, and I found out from my great friend Chad Beach a year ago that Mr. Bartley brought back the show as "Rock & Roll's Greatest Hits: The 60's Show."  He aired many more jingles on this show than I caught in the '10s.  Because of this, and to celebrate Mr. Bartley's amazing radio career (whose syndication journey ended just yesterday), I decided to assemble a montage throughout 2021 of nearly all his jingles for this show.  Hearing these jingles always brings me back to memory lane!

This montage is arranged by jingle type/package, then in the order that I heard the jingles over the years (as best as I can remember), with the exception of the year jingles which are in chronological order.  Many of his jingles come in full mixes and alternate mixes (along with acapellas).  All jingles were recorded off various station streams between late January 2021 and early January 2022.  Enjoy!

And for those curious, I recall the 1962 year sing being the same melody as '63 and '69.  I haven't heard it in over 17 years!
