Michael Christopher Venturino is a financial professional, private equity founder, and dedicated family man based in New York. With over 20 years of experience in mortgage lending, brokerage, and private equity, he has focused his career on helping individual investors access private market opportunities. As the founder of HLV Ventures, he provides clients with strategic investment options designed for long-term value, always emphasizing clear communication and trust.

He was born to Linda and Felix on May 31, 1986, in Long Island, New York. In high school, he participated in football and wrestling, which taught him discipline and focus. He also played hockey, which helped develop his sense of teamwork and resilience. At 17, he started working in the mortgage industry, gaining early exposure to financial services. By 18, he moved into his apartment near his hometown, marking the beginning of an independent life shaped by personal responsibility and a commitment to growth.

Michael Venturino's career advanced as he earned the Series 7 license, allowing him to work as a licensed securities broker. Over time, he became a top producer at two New York-based broker-dealers, recognized for his reliability and dedication to achieving client goals. In November 2022, he founded HLV Ventures in Hauppauge, New York, to provide accredited investors access to pre-IPO and secondary market opportunities. The firm employs a transparent and compliant process to guide clients from verification through investment, ensuring confidence at every step.

In every aspect of his work, he values transparency, education, and long-term relationships. He supports charitable organizations, including his local church and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and stays active with golf, pickleball, and fitness.

FLAYSIEROOF is the stage name of a Mexican Musician, Producer, and DJ. Dipped in the Groove, a popular style of the 90´s, he creates a blend of Jazz subgenres, Lounge, & Chill Out !
It was in 1999 that he began using musical instruments and recording music acoustically at home. His musical experience continued in a group of friends called [Redrooms] where they making a live jam, playing in punk, ska, & funk bands for a well-known audience. It was during the 2000s that he met various musicians and collaborated on their studio projects, playing in the capital as a guest. In 2010, he made a radical and influential change in his career; Producing & Mixing Original Songs with Piano, Guitar, Bass, Organ, Synthesizers, MIDI software, & Space Sounds...
Giving rise to the essence and signature that still remains in his style, by fusing the Organic and the Digital, thus generating productions that make his proposal one of the most original in the genre. He continued listening, playing & inspire diverse styles; Dub / Latin / Jazz / House / Soundtracks & New Age... All of them associate a live style with a period in his life, and some of them even continue to give life to his dance-inducing sounds.
When Flaysieroof appeared with his debut album (Afrodisiac Sounds on Space), he connected with other musicians and venues, performing at "Live Act" & setting the mood as a "DJ", even playing in recent years on the Yucatan Peninsula & Caribbean. [Casinova] is a compilation of singles and sets that transcend evolved sounds,exploring different approaches to international electronic music; (Jet Set) is his next studio album, which is synchronized audio- visually, is an avantgarde reference to explore his experience & creativity of Soundtracks, Remixes & Live Performances.
