Yes, there  is a whiff of Scott McKenzy in  the final line. It is - in some strange manner - what poetry is about and what it is not about at all.

Noly and I collaborated on a track some months ago called The Salt Room.  You can find it under tracks on this page and at Noly Williams here on Soundcloud.  Based on how enjoyable that collaboration was, I sent the basic tracks for this song to Noly (after many delays on my part) and once again she has performed her magic, making something transcendent from a humble origin.
