Unfolding #2 kicked off on April 7th, 2021 with a livestreamed collaborative jam on Twitch, curated by Russian electronic artist Pixelord and including improvised, tag-team performances on Endlesss by Pixelord, Koloah, A.Fruit, Dranq, Dead Kousin and Starkey. Stems from the live jam were then made available for anyone to rebuild and remix, resulting in a number of noteworthy submissions voted on by the Endlesss community.

This release features four solo producers – Firephly, ludi, oddSTAR and Hollohead – and one duo, Naparnik, all expressing their creative energy in unexpected yet entrancing ways. You can hear elements of the original live jam throughout, but refracted and enhanced through the individual remixer’s genre-agnostic approach. Although they originate from different places, with different musical goals, the tracks are united by a sense of respect for the source material alongside a willingness to experiment and sculpt the sonic putty into new shapes, creating a new and powerful musical experience in the process.

Unfolding is made by and for the Endlesss community, highlighting the sheer scale of the creative output on Endlesss and the endless(s) possibilities of expression that can spiral out from a single jam or Rifff into innumerable memorable variations.

Endlesss Traxxx is a label releasing music made with the collaborative music-making app Endlesss – the brainchild of artist/technologist Tim Exile and his team.

The Endlesss community has expanded exponentially since the app launched in March 2020, with new and astonishing talent revealed every day. The label aims to highlight this community, as well as the outside curators acting as a dynamic A&R department and further inspiration for the community as they continue on their endless music-making journey.
