Mr. Ho has been collecting music and djing in clubs over the past 15 years with some remarked parties organised at Ohm in Berlin, and now for our great pleasure that he is back in Hong Kong. Mr. Ho entertains crowds with his energetic and eclectic sets that are rooted in House, Techno, Disco, Electronica and all their wonderful sub genres from all over the world. Mr. Ho is equally comfortable playing in small intimate venues, as to larger audiences during major festivals such as Sonar in Barcelona.

In 2015, Mr. Ho ventured out from only releasing records on Klasse Recordings and, together with Lozano, brought out a well received EP on cult imprint Creme Organization. The record's enthusiastic reception from djs and tastemakers has led Mr. Ho to bring out more tunes on ESP Institute, Clone Jack for Daze series, Neubau, as well as on his own Klasse Recordings.

Whipnotiq is a sorceress of unique sounds spanning the electronic music spectrum. Sharpening her craft at influential underground parties in LA and passionately building her record collection over the past seven years, Miranda Calzada has shared the bill with techno elite such as Function, Rrose, Cio D'Or, Lucy, Voices from the Lake, Daniel Bell, Carlos Souffront, and Ø [Phase], to name a few. She currently curates the Neptunian Influence podcast, an electro-focused mix series, which features artists such as 214, James Shinra, ADAB, Kiernan Laveaux and Sassmouth. In 2017 she participated in the second installation of the Walking & Falling DJ mentorship program in Chicago, where she also performed alongside the inimitable Eris Drew. In November 2019 she was invited to DJ at Ellen Allien's 'Vinylism' held at Stellar Remnant record shop in DTLA - one of her most special gigs to date.

artist statement: "Music has maybe been the only enjoyable escape for me during the pandemic, and my relationship to it has taken on a new shape given that I only listen at home alone, mainly on headphones, and at odd hours. I’ve used Ableton to DJ for over a decade now, and this mix is no exception—though I wanted to do something different here, given these new listening patterns. So this is more of a 'mega mix’ style studio session, with lots of layering, edits, and quick transitions. A bit phrenetic, but the intention was to reflect some of the unease and uncertainty of the moment, while revisiting tracks I played at my last two in-person gigs in New York alongside many favorites from my years growing up in Chicago." @ken-meier

“In the lead up to the due date for our No Way Back sets, I fell ridiculously sick with the flu. I barely was able to get out of bed for about 6 days. As soon as I was able, I rushed to my friends Will & Sarah Joy's flat here in Berlin to lay down this recording. There wasn't much time to prepare, so I just picked the tracks I wanted to use, and as the great Claude Young once said "I just turned on the machines and they told me where to go!" On my mind the whole time was the utter turmoil going on in the U.S, maybe even more than what we were living through here in Germany, which heavily influenced my selections of music. I knew for sure that I wanted to open with that nthng track, but the decision to play "This Is America" at the end was made only a minute or 2 before I played it. I had wanted to play it 2 years earlier at NWB, but chickened out for some weird reason. Now felt like the perfect time. Magically, it matched the energy of the global protests sparked by the murder of George Floyd only about 18 hours later. The note I wrote at the end was also straight from the heart. At the time, I was betting we would all be descending onto Detroit for Memorial Day 2021. Unfortunately, I don't know if that is something to bet on now — only time will tell, I guess. Until then, enjoy this set (and all the others that I.T. is releasing from this broadcast!) and hopefully we will see each other safely on a dancefloor somewhere and sometime in the future — the sooner, the better in my opinion. Exit Planet Earth 020 by Ralph Lawson

Mary Lake (@marylakeworld) grew up in France, Algeria and The Netherlands, so has also been exposed to a broad mix of music. In recent years she has distilled that into her own often frenetic rhythms, always with a perspective that is left of centre, but never too far out to lose the attention of her dance floors. It was on her NTS show Worshipping Discordia where she first showcased her distinctive collisions of electronica, folk and globally influenced sounds, but since then has become a firm favourite at clubs  all over Europe, Australia and beyond.

Lake's distinctive sense of rhythm is at the heart of this week's mix. The often stripped-back tracks she seamlessly stitches together have drum programming so compelling that little else is needed to keep you locked. Whether riding up and down on a rubbery loop, skating over busy poly rhythms or sinking deep into more linear and minimal cuts, this is pure, seductive body music from someone who exerts expert control at all times.
