Our next guest is Zeitreise, a duo of artists and co-founders of Brutal Forms. Yuddy Ash is a DJ and producer based in Kyoto, Japan. Before launching his DJ career three years ago, he had spent many years exploring a wide range of music projects, including bands inspired by UK indie and shoegaze, as well as electronic units influenced by early Warp Records. These experiences continue to shape his approach today, forming a multilayered foundation beneath his sound. His style centers on a broad spectrum of techno, with no specific focus on era or subgenre. What he values most is dissonance and deviation, expressed through the intentional use of textural unease. He is drawn to subtle irregularities, such as glitches in rhythm, unexpected transitions, and unstable atmospheres that invite listeners into unfamiliar terrain. His mixes conjure distorted spaces and twisted grooves, aiming not only to move the body but to resonate on a deeper, almost cellular level. For example, this podcast mix opens with a Balinese Kecak chant, setting a primal mood that lingers throughout. Rather than relying on intensity or tempo alone, Yuddy Ash builds emotional tension through slow, deliberate layering and a keen sensitivity to space and texture. Ultimately, he seeks to blur the boundary between the real and the unreal. He leads listeners into a hypnotic space where rules dissolve and perception stretches. Layer by layer, Yuddy Ash crafts his sound and steadily emerges from the underground.

MAROONED is a music project (DJ/Live) coming from Georgia. From the beginning, The love of listening to music naturally progressed into producing it. The project has made a creative musical pathway that ties a bridge between Experimental and Industrial techno with crafty soundscapes, often divine voices, focusing entirely on beat-driven work. With live performances featuring Saturnia, Marooned strives to reflect the echoes of the harmonic world within our souls.

MAROONED represents 'Borders of known'(Tbilisi)  as a resident artist and is a family member of 'Khoros'(UK) label with his collaborative project - Marooned Solar Siblings.

MAYA is a DJ and performance artist from Lviv, Ukraine, channeling sound as a sacred weapon of transformation. Her vision in the underground is not just to entertain, but to awaken. Rooted in the aesthetics of cyberpunk, occult symbolism, and post-human consciousness, her sets dissolve the boundary between ritual and rave. Through industrial textures, dark disco grooves, and EBM-laced transmissions, MAYA crafts sonic portals into dystopian futures and parallel dimensions. Each mix is an act of resistance against stagnation - a call to remember forgotten frequencies buried beneath concrete and code. For her, underground music is not a scene, but a living, breathing current - one that vibrates beneath the surface of collapsing systems, guiding those who still feel. Echoes of dystopia become visions of emergence.

The ruins of our world, cyberpunk cinema, ancient mysticism, and the raw tension of the underground.

- When you build a mix or a production, do you follow a clear narrative, an emotional thread… or do you let instinct guide you?
I follow instinct like a ritual—each mix becomes a living entity with its own evolving story.

- Do you believe that sound can be a political act or a form of resistance?
Absolutely. Sound is a weapon of memory, resistance, and awakening.

- Has any recent event or piece of news affected or inspired your music?
The ongoing collapse of old systems and the search for new consciousness.

- Is there a work (a book, movie, exhibition, …) that left a strong impression on you through its dystopian vision? Why?
Blade Runner, Ghost in the Shell, Videodrome - they reveal the beauty and terror of losing our humanity to the machine.

- Is there a track, album, or mix you’d like to share as an “echo” of our current times?
Ancient Methods & OTHR – “Vast Vanishing.” It feels like the soundtrack of our crumbling reality.

- Any message or words you’d like to share with those who are living — or resisting — in this dystopian world?

Theo Thorin Bur is the dark ambient and drone project emerging from the shadows of Hybral, weaving haunting soundscapes and textured soundscapes into reflections on decay, nature’s elements, and the unseen. 

Using field recordings, analog textures, decaying loops, and subterranean drones, the project invokes a slow unraveling—where time dilates and sound becomes a vessel for introspection. 

Theo Thorin Bur is channeling the cold breath of Hybral into immersive auditory experiences that linger like distant thunder. The project is deeply influenced by the landscapes and isolating beauty of Iceland - its volcanic silence, glacial stillness, and weathered coastline
