Chasing Mindgasms aims to capture moments of pure conversational flow, and to share meaningful conversations that end up uplifting the participants and the listeners. 
I started Chasing Mindgasms after noticing that most of the long conversations that I have with people end up uplifting me and giving me so much positive value, so I decided to record and share them with you. 
I focus on guests who are seeking to do better work on themselves and others, the topics of this show include fitness, well-being, nutrition, fasting, spirituality, healing, art, religion, philosophy and a touch of psychedelics every now and then!
