"Bacterial Contamination es una cancion original de Vocaloid. Con un PV impresionante, una excelente música y letra, la canción trata sobre el “bullying” (Agresión, rechazo hacia alguien en la escuela) que sufre una chica (Hatsune Miku).
Contaminación Bacteriana/Bacterial se refiere a la propagación del “Bullying” hacia la chica, las personas alrededor de ella se van contaminando al paso del tiempo, incluso ella misma llega a creer ser una “bacteria”, por lo cual, cuando por fin alguien la acepta, la aleja para que no sea rechazada (contaminada) por los demás. Al final la chica se suicida cuando cree que ya no tiene a nadie."
