The root chakra represents the awakening of Muladhara (Origin or root)which gives energy to the physical body, controls fear, increases overall health, enforces overall grounding and sense of security.

El lobo y la luna (the wolf and the moon) is a song from my heart to yours, whoever you are, wherever you are. It tells of the love of the wolf for the moon, of the origin of the wolf nation, and more than a full dose of wolf medicine if you wish to receive it... for this reason it became the title track of my first CD... the song was written deep in the Peruvian Amazon jungle whilst I was in an extended period of solitude and reflection...

This is my version of this beautiful and profound Hawaiian Mantra sung live at our Loveolution Cacao Ceremony at Akasha in Bali December 2018.

Supported by my dad Johnny and Walker on drums, Richie on lead guitar, my beloved Dustin on charango, Eliana and the whole ceremony on vocals. 

Below is my suggestion on how to restore balance and harmony with the people in our lives:

Ho' o Pono Pono Ritual

We can use this beautiful Hawaiian ritual to bring everything back into right relationship or a place of integrity with all of our relations.

It can be done by calling a person in your life into your awareness, sending them loving energy and going through the process below.

It is far more powerful and effective to have a conversation, ideally in person, alternatively on the phone with someone close to your heart.

Start with the people you may have the most to clear with - your parents, siblings, partner, ex-partners, children and move onto friends. 

The translation of the Hawaiian Mantra is:

I'm so sorry, please forgive me, I love you and thank you, Ho' o Pono Pono, Ho' o Pono Pono.

Begin with an apology for a few specific things you feel you could have done with more love, care and integrity. 

Acknowledge how it may have made them feel with full empathy and compassion. 

Give them space to express.

Listen with your full heart.

Notice if the desire to defend yourself arises and continue to breathe into your heart.

Express how much they mean to you, how much you love them and how grateful you are for their presence in your life. 

Acknowledge a few specific things about them personally or how they have shown up and thank them.

Close with a hug and feel how gratitude and forgiveness have opened your hearts and created a deeper sense of intimacy.
