After appearing on our sister label Truesoul and also the A-sides Volume 2, dubspeeka releases his first full EP on Drumcode. Basing his sound heavily on his uniquely dark and twisted melodies, dubspeeka has created a brooding, atmospheric EP that capture each individual feeling on the techno scale from bouncing, energetic tracks to melancholic offerings. His use of Percussive sounds add energy to tracks such as Primary K290 and his array of eloquent lead lines add depth and character that can be heard on Primary K293.

Adam Beyer is back on Drumcode with an impressive array of tracks that will get the senses tingling and shows us what Drumcode is all about. These 4 tracks are deep and almost melancholic in their approach to techno, using effects to really help enforce an ambience only Beyer can achieve within his productions. The under lying throbbing of the drums drives this EP into the forefront of the heads down Drumcode sound and have been heard in many of Beyer’s phenomenal sets throughout the year.

French techno maestro Julian Jeweil ends his year with his 'Chrome' EP, whose opener is a scintillating peaktime burner that embodies the hard, polished sound that has made him into a widely successful musician over his time in the underground.

Stepping up to the plate for Second State’s third edition of the imprint’s collaborative ‘Hub Series’ is Frankfurt native Michael Klein.

Inviting artists into his creative process for the first time, Klein has constructed a brooding and resilient 4-track release alongside Amelie Lens, Roman Lindau, Stephan Hinz and Second State label heads Pan-Pot. The latter of the EP’s collaborative efforts, ‘Haze Effect’, is a nefarious, propulsive and aimed directly at the dancefloor.

The ‘Hub Three’ EP is scheduled for release on September 29.
