Joshua Slack is a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist from Jacksonville, Florida. He has a vast and diverse musical history ranging from songwriting and beat-making for hip-hop artist, Jaguar (Tampa, Fl.). To co-founding the indie-folk duo, Pretty Police State (Jacksonville, Fl.). His travels have taken him from Florida to Nashville, New York City and back again. His latest release, Shake Me Down, is a culmination of all those destinations. It represents well the beauty and sometimes dark and difficult road he has walked; showcasing a full range of emotion and life experience with an honesty that is both refreshing and inspiring.
