Broken, old, cracked in the dim light's ploy?

Bleeding over memories, tearing at the seam.
Fractured, spilling inks in chaotic swirl,
Mixing madness in my brain, deleting the girl.
A mirror reflective, shattered on the ground,
Who was I supposed to be? Lost, never found.
(Chorus – Building to a haunting whisper-scream, layered vocals fading into static)
I loved me, but I can't remember the start,
A me I even began with, torn apart.
Traumacore rip-up, dolls on the floor,
Needles and knives in play-fake gore.
Play-Doh house, basement door locked tight,
Rusted bolts to depths unknown, endless night.
Halls never walked, cries of a million screams,
Rush out when time breaks, light stands still in dreams.
We are the children of fractured mirrors,
Salvia spirits in the dark, paying with fears.
(Verse 2 – Pulsing bass with reversed audio samples, evoking buried memories)

This is an arrangement using commercially available sound packs, samples, loops, and midi files. A lot of tweaks and modifications. (You have no idea!) I did not create the original samples myself, but the instrument selection, the arrangement, and the mix and mastering are all uniquely produced by SOS. Hope you enjoy, be happy, and dance!
