1928 is a reflection on how fragments of the past echo into now, shaping emotions, choices, and perceptions.
Images, voices, and feelings thought long buried return uninvited, rewriting the present in silence.
Time moves forward, but within us, it folds and loops.
This isn’t nostalgia—it’s the haunting truth that memory still lives here, shaping who we are.

A slow descent into dimness—where light still exists, but only as memory.
The piece unfolds like a shadow stretching across time, carried by deep, sustained tones and barely-there harmonics.
There is no climax. Only the gentle unraveling of something once certain.
What remains is a feeling: not absence, but the fading trace of presence. A mournful hush, suspended in sound.

The Ricochet is about how nothing we give or feel disappears, it rebounds. A word, a silence, a smile, even pain, they echo back, often stronger, often transformed. It’s a song about resilience, quiet strength, and how the smallest human gestures can ripple into light in the darkest of nights.  A ricochet is unpredictable: it shows how love, pain, or conflict can rebound in unexpected ways. In the song, that imagery becomes a metaphor for the way life’s wounds or echoes of the past keep coming back, even when you try to move forward.

We really haven't done very well with what we were gifted. 
 
Have we?

In any sense, under any interpretation, through any lens, via any belief system, under any political prism, upon any philosophical foundation, we have utterly corrupted the entirety of the social, cultural, spiritual, environmental and biological ecosystem that we touch, and which defines and sustains what we understand as "life" on our home planet.

And on every front, by all metrics, under any assessment - empirical, analytical, theoretical, logical, it gets progressively worse.

Every day.
