In my experience as a Management Consulting for a top tier firm, I have developed the skills needed to effectively execute consulting engagements, drive for great results, and clearly communicate the value being created from the engagement. In my years in Management and Continuous Improvement in industry roles, I have come to understand the intricacies involved in running a factory and have developed the skills to find solutions that are not only effective, but also executable with respects to the constraints of normal operation.

Throughout the course of my career in manufacturing, I have crafted a rapid improvement methodology called the fOS (facility Operating System) that performs a holistic analysis of the manufacturing processes and supporting management systems to diagnose the current state and identify specific and executable improvements required to create a breakthrough in performance. The goal of the fOS is to achieve world class execution, which we consider to be at least 85% OEE for the end-to-end manufacturing system. Just to level-set, most of my clients fall anywhere between 45% to 60% OEE in the beginning of their journey.

On a more personal note, I am the husband of a loving wife and father of two amazing children. I love to spend time with family, golf and play basketball when I can, and listen to the occasional audiobook, especially during travel. I speak moderate Spanish and maintain an active passport.

Sound Signature: An event, emotion, or feeling described by sound, but not limited to it. Expression given a direction. A focus through arrangement, our personal language at any given moment. No one can duplicate your signature, your mark, your life.

The difference between imitation and emulation is specific experience. No one else has walked your path, lived your vision.

There is no right or wrong way, only different ways as there are different people. We will learn reverence from each other through expressing our symbols, our hieroglyphs. This is my attempt to share mine.

A creaking rusty gate – people are screaming in panic: Welcome to Angel Hill Asylum! This is the headquarter of the modern metal band THE WRONG TURN, founded in 2015. The five musicians from the region of Stuttgart use different styles and combine them with striking riffs, distorting bass and driving drums. Their lyrics deal primarily with problems of everyday madness and express it on stage with a mixture of brute screaming and catchy singing. As they call their fans inmates, you can look forward to an unique experience with insane encounters.

Ziggy - guitar/vocals.
Great punk lead guitarist. Incredibly loyal, patient, and kind...like a Golden Retriever. Would talk to you for hours even well after you've stopped listening. Spent a lot of time on both the west and east coasts. Influenced by Minor Threat, New Bomb Turks, Screeching Weasel, The Bronx, The Kittens, and the Descendents.

Dave - bass/vocals.
Guitarist masquerading as a damn good bassist. Spends his down time online telling people why their point of view is wrong. Otherwise, he's a semi-retired misanthrope who grew up on Sepultura, Kreator, Slayer, and pre-black Metallica, who later developed a taste for The Misfits, Dead Kennedys, and Bad Religion. Currently loving High on Fire, Black Tusk, Amon Amarth, and Yob.

Alex - drums.
Solid, fast, and tight on the kit. Dependable and true friend to the end. Loves power tools and can build just about anything. Influenced by bands such as Bad Religion, Pennywise, Face to Face, Iggy and the Stooges, Sick of It All, Minor Threat, Nirvana, Jimi Hendrix and the Experience, and the Ventures. Constantly talks about his junk...

Plan Be is an all original band haling from the hamlet community of Crestone, CO.  They play a form of Gypsy Mountain Rock whose melodic ascensions and rhythmic thump alongside searing lyrics of the good life, the strife of life, and the fellowship with the earth will keep you going all night long.  Some people have also called this music Trance Bluegrass.

Singer/songwriter and guitar player Adam Kinney comes originally from Texas where early musical influences of Nirvana and Tom Petty meshed with dreams of being a rock star.  This has led to scores of songs that audiences can easily identify with and sing along, as they speak to the common struggles and joys of family, work, and striving to be a better person.

Arizona-born chopmaster Jacob Pesqueira plays the banjo like no other.  Tuned GDAE and played with a guitar pick, the mesh of rhythm and melody find a perfect and infectious balance.  Jacob was given a guitar by his father at age 10 and since has evolved intuitively with not only the guitar, but also mandolin, didgeridoo, and in the last few years, banjo.  His influences include Django Reinhardt, Gypsy Kings, and Santana.

Plan Be’s kick drum, hi-hat, snare, and bass come from Nick Chambers.  A native Coloradoan, he was influenced by an older brother to start playing the drum kit at age 10.  He was playing in Denver bars at 16 and in college lived with jazz musicians whose influence of time, avant garde cadence, and funk have never left.  Combining foot percussion with the electric bass is like a cerebrally-implanted metronome, allowing each to be simple yet powerful.  He still plays and is influenced by traditional Irish music, be bop jazz, and funk.

wiedergeben, sind eingängig und abwechslungsreich. Ihre Texte entwachsen aus tiefen
Gefühlen und gegenwärtiger Dissonanz. Zum Beispiel werden Themen wie eine Trennung aus
der man gestärkt hervorgeht („Going wrong“), das Zweifeln am eigenen Perfektionismus („The
best I could“), sowie der Aufruf nach freiem Denken und Handeln („Created to review“)
aufgegriffen.
Nach ihrer ersten CD („Fluxion“), die seit Mai 2014 erhältlich ist, kam im April 2015 ihre zweite
CD “This Is The Day” in den Handel.
Die vierköpfige Band setzt sich aus Sarah Kielau (Gesang), Elia Görs (Gitarre), Luis Lange
(Bass) und Lucas Mann (Schlagzeug) zusammen.

LowHero.DLL is the electro-alt-pop solo project of Jonathan Chalker, currently based in Atlanta and distributed by Glim Records.

Having grown up on Punk and New Wave music in the late 70s and early 80s, Chalker was a staunch fan of Industrial and Gothic music by the time he began his music career. This fascination with dark, edgy, mostly-electronic music has fueled several recording projects, of which, LowHero.DLL is the most current and well-known. 

LowHero.DLL invokes mainly New Wave and Post-Punk influences ranging from The Normal or Blondie to Big Black or PIL. There are doses of 90's styled indie-rock to add an organic twist to the predominantly electronic sound scheme, which can swing from dance friendly stompers to ambient interludes. Overall, LowHero.DLL keeps the mix pretty accessible and can be appreciated by listeners with a range of tastes. Lyrically strong, LowHero.DLL has been described as “similar to Ladytron, but with male vocals” and is often compared to Apoptygma Berzerk and The Faint.
