Anton Pieete is known for his classic, textured take on House & Techno. The Dutchman has spent recent years exploring the reaches of his analogue set up, releasing a string of hugely popular EPs for Joris Voorns Rejected imprint. Now he turns over his latest wares to Ovum, with another impressive offering in the shape of TheMenu.

While it may be our starter; first dish Peven is definitely more of a main course. Heady and intoxicating with itspercussive, funky drums and undulating keys, its carries us on its woozy wave of rich analogue bass.

Our appetite is further satisfied by the deeper sophisticated tones of Lite Green. Its malleable, swinging groove is governed by its pulsating bassline and dense kick-drum as lazer synths sweep and claps fire on thisclassy cosmic jam.

BN300s dramatic and ghostly strings are at odds with its frenetic bouncing bass melody and yet together theywork in complete harmony to create our final musical indulgence from The Menu.

Berlin-based producer Roman Lindau (also known for works on the likes Fachwerk and Osgut Ton) returns to Pan-Pot's budding techno tastemaker imprint Second State with an diamond five track release titled 'Strange Brew'. It's a refreshing melange indeed, Lindau has crafted a selection of quirky groovers, which includes the wavering "Move" - a track you can catch in full premiere via When We Dip today. Premiere: Roman Lindau - Move [Second State Audio]

Techno two-piece Slam (Stuart McMillan & Orde Meikle) bring the new double vinyl album Machine Cut Noise to the forefront next month Stuart and Orde's day-to-day proceedings consist of maximum time spent on the road, in airports and hotels; which also forms the creative hub for their music-making. It's this transitory state that largely dominates the vibe on Machine Cut Noise.

With each of the album's eleven tracks handed its own unique energy, this concept is probably depicted most prevalently in "Psalm". There is a deep emotional core found within this programmed 7.5-minute piece. It conjures a direction that 'has been paved by the machines which surround us'. A technophile's voyage into the unknown we strongly recommend getting on board with.

Machine Cut Noise comes out on 28th October on Slam's own Soma Records.

Mandar are about to release their debut, self-titled album which comes on their own label Oscillat Music and if you're a vinyl fan then you're in for a treat. The 5 vinyl box set will arrive on September 30 and we've got a premiere from the LP to present to you now.

'FFF3' is our favourite from the record and for good reason. Although it starts off with a menacing, oscillating riff and pounding kicks it progresses to show off serene synths and delicate clicks and claps. It's aimed at the floor and sits perfectly within the LP.

Matrixxman has been a Dekmantel regular for a couple of years now. The San Francisco producer continues to impress with a new triptych for Dekmantel Records. Over the course of three EP’s (Rhythm, Acid, Polyphony), Charles McCloud Duff displays his versatile and original take on house and techno. The concept of the triptych is to explore the range within the confines of a particular limitation.

The first scheduled EP is called “Sector I: Rhythm” and is, obviously, an exercise in rhythm. Just because a track is entirely composed of drums does not mean it has to be lifeless or devoid of feeling. Given the right approach, drums can be symphonic and even tell an exciting tale in their own right. The four-tracker serves up classic rhythms tracks and is a party from the crust to the run-out, checking off Plastikmanesque styles with ‘Process’ and proper Spartan rhythmic patterns on ‘Mainframes 2.0’. Matrixxman never overstuffs his tracks, ‘Glyph’ being the perfect example of a flanging and spacious rhythmic rundown. ‘Instigator’ rounds things of in style, melting layers of drum effects and bone-rattling
machine rhythm.

One thing that's got us really excited it the chance of new Ray Kajioka material and to really get us in the mood, the label will release a remix EP of three yet-to-be released tracks this month.

The 'Consistency' Remix EP is an exercise in cold, steely techno and there are edits from The Persuader, Rolando and Laux himself. We've got the premiere of The Persuader's remix and Jesper Dahlbäck has once again adopted his genre-hopping alias for the occasion.

His remix of 'The Rachet' is a devilish workout, one that pulsates from the ge- go with demonic synths and vibrating basslines. It's an excellent remix and one that's going to whet your appetite for some new Kajioka magic.

Belgian duo Raw District return to the Crosstown Rebels label with ‘Addicted’, teaming up with the formidable Aquarius Heaven again for the label, this time remixed by the infamous Doc Martin and Keinemusik’s Rampa.

An ex reggae dancehall and hip hop singer; Aquarius Heaven brings the colors of the Caribbean to ‘Addicted’. Raw District’s flamboyant percussions grinds the beats into a track that stretches the limitations of electronic music.

Rampa’s remix illustrates the breadth of his studio skills, as founder of a production company TEILE, he builds soaring synths and strumming piano to elevate the emotional aspect to ‘Addicted’ equipping it for the early hours of the night. Doc Martin has earned the respect of many over his extensive career for his timeless style that bridge many genres. His remix is a driving, dub-tastic, tribal take on the original that has been going down a storm!

Great Stuff proudly presents volume ten of it’s “To The Underground” series. The series features solely exclusive tracks. Hand picked with only the dance floor in mind. Tracks that will work crowds and elevate dj sets. 

To The Underground Vol. 10 starts off with Eddy M’s “Music“. A high energy house bomb! It features supernatural bass frequencies, which were created to take roofs off. The female vocal snippets and percussion elements complete the track in perfect style.

Up next is Klein’s jacking “Vibin”. This prime time weapon consists of just right balance of: robot style vocoder vocals, a rocking bassline and an otherworldly groove.  

Black Girl / White Girl take things deeper with their charismatic, slow burning sounds. Magic chords, mesmerising break downs and a snappy deep house groove build the rock-hard foundation for “Aleph”.

The specific stamp of authenticity of Joe Red, SP1DER & Savi Leon’s “All Over” is its bold, gliding groove and limitless bassline that supports the engaging vocal parts and effect sounds in the most modish way. 

The accentuated, funk-filled melody & rumbling groove rock a long a tight knit net of percussion sounds, while the snappy hi-hats bring the right amount of fun. Roland Römer & Ill-Boy Phil’s “Passt” is a dancefloor hot shot!  

Steve Kid is closing out this delectable pool of beautiful electronic music. His “Run Away, So Far” track is all about the deep and mystic deep house groove. Growling synths lead the way through effect-soaked atmospheric pastures and intense male vocal sections.
