I don't have much to say about myself. I'm trying to become a good person. You should try too. I know it's hard. Start by forgiving yourself. Forgive yourself for your mistakes so you don't let them hold you back. Let go of the things that have happened and that are holding you back from becoming a better person. You can do it. Hang in there, you're not alone. If you ever need to switch off, you have my sounds that can help you. Become a better person, you can do it. I know it, your younger self knows it and your future self knows it. Know that you can do it. Nothing comes from nothing.
