Dancing the heart chakra is an ecstatic dance of rapturous intoxication with the divine. 
Ecstasy is the embodiment of divine love, we radiate love radiate out through our hearts into every cell of our bodies. Our hearts are our gateways to the blissful silence of union with all that is. 
As we journey into the heart we surrender ourselves open to feel whatever is holding us back from fully receiving divine love. In the dance we dance and sound to let go and then we create more space within us to receive love. 
The more we feel, the more we become empty and the more we empty the more we can receive, the more we receive, the deeper our ecstatic rapture, the more total our divine intoxication.
