Here we go! This is a beat that i made over a year ago on our beloved DAW FL studio. I remember sending the beat to Kapella who came through and wrote down the hook on the spot (as well as his other vocals) and while we were recording Mr. Raphimus who was in the next room heard the beat for the first time and immediately came through and laid down his vocals. It has been sitting in my laptop for a while now and something just told me it had to be released; Releasing only electronic music for a while now has grown my thirst for something Kenyan, something that represents our local urban culture, something that can be played in our javs and at our local. I must take off my hat to these two artists who are not only obviously talented, but like me have foregone the empty glamour of commercialisation and stuck to doing their own thing, playing by their own rules, in charge of their own futures.
