    My favorite artists include DJ Venom, DJ BAM BAM, Angel Alanis, POOGIE, and Marc, Crystal Method, Chemical Brothers, and Fatboy Slim. Too many influences.... Oh.. I must thank Madonna, Michael and Janet Jackson, Prince, and Paula Abdul... that's all i ever danced to when i was a kid. :) RIP MJ! Those are just a few, i could be here allll day talking about what music artists influence me.

    My style... well when producing I make what I feel. It's an art form, similar to write poetry. I do try to make it fun, and interesting from a dancers point of view. During the last five years Nykki has been studying the Musical arts, and continues forward on her path of DJ'ing, entertaining crowd goers abroad. Her Production genre varies, but all seem to fall under the "Dark Techno" / "Industrial Dance" categories. She specializes in remixing popular tracks to her own tastes, and how the music should be heard from a dancer point of view. Nykki isn't limited to just vinyl dj'ing. She also uses MP3's and/or CDs when the appropriate equipment is available. Most of her DJ sets consist of dance music of late 90's, classic Tech-House, popular rave anthems, breakbeats, and sub genres of house. With Kidd Klasz as her mentor it isn't hard to ignore their similar styles of mixing. Like Klasz, she aims to never let a record spin for more than a few minutes, just as long as the harmonious message has been implied. 

Biography:
    DJ/Producer/Promoter, Nykki Bangs has been DJing 7 years, and producing for almost5. Though her first love is for Vinyl records, she recently expanded her talents immersing herself in the production of her own tracks, as well as getting aquainted with the ever-so popular Serato Scratch LIVE.

    Nykki's vinyl mixes consist of classic late 90's Techno, House, and Club remixes. Contrary to what she mixes, Nykki produces Industrial Dance music and dark styles of EDM. It also seems that she has taken a liking to producing mash-ups and remixes of unique, yet popular tracks.

    In the upcoming 2010 year, she plans to focus more on her music along side her husband's company, UNLIT PRODUCTIONS. With no real big plans to become "famous", she plans to continue to educate a newer generation with an aural influence. Nykki wishes to showcase the classic vinyl tracks that are now the roots of what has become one of the largest entertainment industries in the world.

The variety of Celtic tradition meets the power of rock

The quintet An Cat Dubh (Gaelic: the black cat) from Darmstadt brings the joy of the Irish pubs, the strength and melancholy of the sailors and the romanticism of the Celtic ballads onto the stage. Since their founding in 1992, the band has played overall around 500 live concerts inland and abroad an released eigth recordings.

With their own interpretation of classics from the traditional Irish and Scottish folk music, they give the songs a new, modern garment without denying their origins. Under the musical banner Celtic Folk Rock, An Cat Dubh thereby create a program bursting with joy of playing. Drums, guitars and bass increase the musical pulse and the instruments bodhrán, flute, mandolin and also clarinet and accordion complete the sound. The band convinces with numerous a capella pieces and perfectly arranged own compositions which invite you to dance. Their musical quality also grows out of creative openness and the view over the genre boundaries, at the same time diversity determines the repertoire of the passionate Celtic Folk rockers. A key feature of An Cat Dubh is the rough and powerful voice of singer Daniel Zimbrich which can radiate maritime wildness in shanties and in the next moment can present a soulful ballad.

In their stage show next to all the professionalism there is plenty of room for humor and so the audience is animated with a mischievous twinkle in the eye and sassy sayings. With their versatile Celtic Folk Rock and the unbeatable entertainer skills on stage, An Cat Dubh make their concerts an experience where the kilts swing ecstatically to rocking riffs or gently sway to Celtic ballads!

There are some things independent artist Nova J’adore is shy about, but her music isn't one of them. When it comes to singing, rapping, and songwriting ,Nova holds nothing back. With her energetic, sassy, in-your-face attitude, she is a force to be reckoned with. "I'm all about empowering others to speak up and stand out " the triple threat says. "I want others to listen to my lyrics and realize they're not alone. I sing about what I've been through, what others might be afraid to speak up about. Music has always and will forever be an outlet for me".

It all began at the age of six . That was when Nova (Born Ashley Corbett) was drawn to the vocal stylings of Toni Braxton. " I just loved how soulful her voice sounded . How you could feel the connection between her voice and her emotions. That's when I realized I wanted to be a singer." Nova remembers. " 

Born to a military parent, Nova moved around quite a bit. While living in El Paso, Texas Nova competed and was selected to be a part of the 2004-2005 All region Choir. "I was so young but my voice is naturally deep but i competed as a soprano and got selected. Thats what surprised me!"  

After moving from El Paso during January of 2006 to Raeford, North Carolina, Nova participated in the school choir. It wasnt until 2008 during her Senior year project that she did her research. "For my project I told how to write and create great music in the music industry. I also explained what kind of research needed to be done in order to be successsful. Its not just talent that will get you in this industry. You have to have the hard work and the discipline behind you.I knew from the age of 6 that I wanted this, not for the fame , but to be heard. Its the only thing that has ever made me feel so complete. I just needed the perfect opportunity to show my talent but i knew at the age of 17, I wasnt ready."  

As fate would have it, On November 25th, 2015 , Nova J got the chance of a lifetime to open up for the one and only Monica for her Code Red Tour in Myrtle Beach at The House Of Blues. "I was so excited , Monica is one of the greats! I sung her songs all the time! So to open up for her was a complete Blessing" . Since then, Nova has found her niche as a dynamic rapper and singer .

GAEL MacGREGOR is a big gal with a big voice whose music resonates with feisty, independent women and the men who love 'em.

GAEL started wailing in church at an early age. By age four she was actually singing in the choir instead of causing a ruckus in the pews and by was 15 was playing piano, cello, guitar, clarinet and flute (badly, but she got better). Laura Bell Bundy is a self-proclaimed HOT MESS. With country music in her DNA, she began writing country music at the age of 14 and started her first band at 18. She connects with idols Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton over their shared love of Broadway musicals and performing country music. LBB says it’s, “because they are both all about storytelling. Storytelling connects and when you add music to it, all the emotions are heightened. I love creating and performing in outlets that allow me to truly connect with an audience.”

Laura Bell’s previous album, Achin’ and Shakin’ came out of this inherent need to connect and have fun. This time, the music was heartbreakingly personal and joyfully rowdy. The album captured two sides of this multifaceted performer. “Two records, one woman is my motto,” jokes Laura Bell, who penned all but one of the songs on the album. Achin’ was a collection of sultry and soulful country songs, and Shakin’ was a group of sassy songs that were equal parts humor, confidence and attitude. Her breakout hit from the Shakin’ set was “Giddy On Up” which reached #31 on the U.S. Billboard Country Charts and landed her a show stopping performance on the 2010 Academy of Country Music Awards. “Giddy On Up” was also featured on the popular video game Just Dance 3. “Shakin’ was the party and Achin’ was the hangover.” It was a bold concept album that challenged the traditional Music Row formula for country females. But then again, LBB has always been a risk taker and a rule breaker, a lesson she learned early on from her beginnings in the “business of show.” Her mother taught her that limits were not to be respected. Her latest album is a complete party in one shiny disk (or do-able download). It answers the age-old questions of what happens when you combine HOT, country, dance tracks and hip-hop beats. Sounds crazy right? Crazy enough for you to fill your speakers with it…duh! If Barbara Mandrell was “country when country wasn’t cool”, then LBB is “crazy when crazy wasn’t cool.” This is a woman who sees caution tape and tears right through it! This need to create and connect has been LBB’s inner compass. Kind of like Dora The Explorer…but not as ethnic. The LBBTV team lives up to its name, Little Bit Bold, and it is often joked that the acronym could actually stand for Little Bit Bitchy…cause bitches get shit done. The company is spearheaded by Bundy, along with partners Tiffany and Brooke Engen. One of the most successful LBBTV projects to date is the sketch comedy web series, Cooter County (www.cootercounty.com). Cooter County has garnered more than four million upload views and a cult following that quote characters like Shocantelle Brown, Euneeda Biscuit, and Justice Goode, to name a few. These characters all live in the small fictional town of Cooter County, KY. “A small water tower town….with a meth lab,” jokes Laura. The LBBTV team is currently producing the style web series OMC! (Oh My Country!) on the CountryNow channel (www.youtube.com/countrynow). A mix of sketch comedy and all things related to country music and southern style, OMC! brings fashion in music to another level. LBBTV continues to have many projects in the works with Laura Bell not only producing but directing as well.

The truth of the matter is that LBB is not interested in the limitations of grownups. She has turned playing in the sandbox into playing music, playing characters and doing plays. In LBB’s own words, “The motivation is not to be famous, it’s to have fun until I drop dead.” She continues, “My true purpose in this life is to express and spread joy in creative and playful ways.” No matter what LBB is creating, fun is the common denominator. “I want to make you laugh till you pee your pants and dance till you slip a disc.
