As the music industry embarks on a new era of emcees, rapper J Bugotti is destined to leave his own imprint in the game. J Bugotti is a charismatic MC born and raised in NYC. His intense, undeniable flair and hunger captures his listeners. He breathes life into every song, solo or featured with a clever delivery plus a equally clever and sharp NY mind-state. J Bugotti is a versatile artist who weaves together a variety of flows and sounds. He seamlessly blends his Hip Hop compositions with life experiences, party lyrics and thought provoking content. Born in the early 80's, his influences came from the rappers then and all through the 90's. He came into the game when rapping required skills, punchlines and a large vocabulary. All which he possesses today. His unique selling proposition is that he actually lived the life he raps about. With a catalog that stretches about 8 years, he proves to be hard at work with his craft. In 2006, his first CD titled "12-12's of the piff vol #1", got his name buzzing quickly in the streets during that year. J Bugotti kept himself hard at work in the music loop. Dealing with the lifestyle and the negative energy he came across kinda took a toll on him, but still he never lost focus on his future goals for music. In 2008 his second CD titled "12-12's of the piff" (DA RE-UP) put him back in his lane to success and fame. Doing several promotional tours along side a few known artist, got him that exposure in other states. In 2009 his third CD titled "Welcome 2 Homicide" City EP made J Bugotti's music more internet friendly. Things started looking good, and the light at the end of the tunnel shined a little bit brighter as time went on. In 2011, he dropped his fourth CD titled "Till I Come Home" which gave his new found audience something to remember during his 2 1/2 year hiatus. Yes its true, He is no stranger to life's hard lessons which taught him to be triumphant when obstacles are put in your path. He has definitely beaten the odd and has prevailed. Now back on his game and better than ever, J Bugotti is currently working on his fifth and most self defined LP title "J Bugotti B.O.M.B (Back On My Bulls**t). He's back to add style, swag, intellect and skill to his genre, challenging labels and execs to re-evaluate their marketing tactics of commercializing and diluting Hip Hop.
