Cèsil  (WR1 Art & Music) 

Born in 1984 in Lima Peru, Carlos Silva a.k.a. Cèsil had an early contact to electronic music at the age of 15. Many years later in August 2007 is when he started to organize his own parties in Cusco under the name of WR1 (We aRe One), a visual art and underground electronic music movement supported by local DJ’s, Producers and Label owners from Peru and around the globe. 
During his stay in Australia on 2009 is when he gets more in contact with music, getting an strong deep feeling for everything between raw house and techno music, leading him to start mixing and experimenting with the use of music hardware and production software later on.
Some of the artists that shared an stage with him or were part of his events: Iva (Transmat), Deaf Pillow (Crosstown Rebels), Alex Lieber - Till Noon (Nativo), Animal Print (Kompakt Records), Damg Funk, Dope Freq n’C (Robsoul), Alexander Berger (Oblique-Live), Kike Mayor, He Did (Saint & Don’t), Pete Dafeet (Lost My Dog Records), Rodrigo Lozano (Audionumb Music), Esclé (Wupwup, Voodoohop), Monopolar (Panta Muzik), Coca District (Defected), Romina Mazzini (Superclub), Christian Berger (Tzina Records) and DJ T. (Get Physical Music).
In the past 15 years he played music in places like: Bizarro, Dragon de Barranco, Wahio’s, Cala, Victoria Bar (Lima), Deja Vu (Arequipa), Mushrooms, Bold, Green Point, Supertramp, Secret House, Fallen Angel, Andean Wings, Selina, Local, Xapiri Ground, Aura, Mullu Sessions, Cerveceria del Valle Sagrado, Wild Rover and Loki in Cusco, and also in festivals as Solar, Earth Dance, Respira and Arkana in the Sacred Valley - Peru. 
To learn more about the different music scenes internationally he traveled outside his native Peru and had the chance to share music on: VDG Bar Alto Vidigal (Residency, Rio de Janeiro - Brazil), The Dubliner (Santa Cruz - Bolivia), Maphrao On, Jardín de Asia (La Paz - Bolivia), Milion (Buenos Aires - Argentina), WR1 Resilience (Santiago de Chile), Agua Loca (Atacama), SI-MA (Pichilemu - Chile), WR1 Out (Barcelona - Spain) & (Vilnius - Lithuania), Le Caravane (Paris - France), Cafe SØR (Oslo - Norway) and White Post (London - UK).
