Here is a 3th excerpt from the 4 seasons of Vivaldi that I renamed "Mutations" because the music is in perpetual evolution. 
I also gave a name (in French - An artistic code that you will find easily) with each movement, it is a personal feeling only. I spent a lot of time in these almost 3 minutes, looking for the power of summer that ends. I hope I have not betrayed that unbelievable great Master whom I admire so much.

Around the Whiskey Jar
Around the Whiskey Jar is a Medley based on 5 traditional Irish tunes (Star of the County down, She moved through the fair, Maurice Manley’s Polka, Down by the Salley Gardens, What should we do with the drunken Sailor). The idea of the composer was to feature some not that popular Irish melodies and to recreate, as much as possible, an Irish Tavern atmosphere. Bodhran drum, Singing parts and Fiddle-like sections are featured in this piece to make the ambiance lively, genuine and wild. Hey !!

Around The Whiskey Jar (arr. Ivan Boumans)

I made acquaintance with the software "Una Corda" which means one snare. Usually the piano has three for most of the tones. So this sound is very thin. It has also many features in preparation in tone. (felt,cotton e.a.) and mechanic sounds. I thought the sound is very appropriate for the esoteric music of Erik Satie. Well, listen and judge for yourself....
