Hey everyone! It’s been a little while. I apologize for the wait, but this week was my first week of college so I didn’t have as much time to finish this up as I would have liked, but I finally got to finish it!

When I first heard this song, my immediate thought was “this is the same riff I heard in the leaked boss theme”. My second thought was “I can turn this into a Sonic song”, so that’s what I did. I suppose this Genshin x Sonic music thing is going to become sort of a mini series on my channel in a way, so look forward to more of it because I enjoy making them. Maybe we’ll start doing some other game songs in the style of Sonic music, or maybe some Sonic music in the style of other games, who really knows? (Leave some ideas in the comments for the series, I’d really appreciate it!)

Here I attempted to make Blazing Heart using some stylistic choices from some of the most popular Sonic songs, specifically the earlier Crush 40 songs, especially Live and Learn and What I’m Made Of. Couldn’t get the guitar tone exactly right with what I had, so I just made it as similar as I could to Crush 40 (still an intermediate level guitar player, forgive me for mistakes). My idea when I was making this was to have a sort of Super Sonic + Mavuika team up versus Gosoythoth mimicking Dark Gaia or something along those lines. It’s not perfect, but I think that I did a pretty decent job here.

I didn’t exactly have anyone to sing this, so I used the original vocals of the song so there are some repeat versus. I did what I could! Either way, I hope you enjoy!
